Press Operator

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Press Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating rubber press equipment, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a safe and productive work environment.

Schedule

• Night Shift
• Rotating schedule including weekends
• Eight-hour shifts overnight

Pay

• Competitive hourly pay

Responsibilities

• Load raw materials into press equipment following established procedures.
• Operate and monitor press machines to ensure product quality and production requirements are met.
• Perform visual inspections and identify product defects.
• Trim excess material and complete required production documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Stack finished products and place them in designated storage areas.
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends.
• Steel toe or composite toe footwear required.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that can become very hot during summer months.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
