Production / Metal Finishing Associate

Location: Warsaw, IN
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $18.50/hour
Manpower is currently hiring Production / Metal Finishing Associates for a growing manufacturing facility in Warsaw, IN. This position is ideal for candidates with manufacturing experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Polish, deburr, blast, and clean metal parts
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Load and unload parts throughout the production process
  • Operate and monitor production equipment
  • Package finished products according to customer specifications
  • Document inspections and production information
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing experience required
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle parts throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
