Production Assembler

Our client, Industrial is seeking a Production Assembler to join their team. As a Production Assembler, you will be part of the production team supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the drive to learn and contribute to a safety-first, quality-focused environment.

Job Title: Production Assembler

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range: $20.50 to start, goes to $21.50

Shift: First Shift (Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm)

What's the Job?

• Assemble drive panels and enclosures using electro-mechanical components, drives, and wire harnesses.
• Mount components, route and connect wires, and complete finished product assembly in a clean, safe, organized, air-controlled environment.
• Use visual observation, standard operating procedures, bills of material, assembly drawings, and test equipment to ensure quality work.
• Support inventory accuracy and communicate material defects to quality.
• Build knowledge across multiple production assembly lines so you can flex to other areas to help meet customer delivery dates.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend standard operating procedures.
• Ability to stand for up to eight hours and work in a fast-paced production setting.
• Ability to use hands and fingers to operate hand tools and/or computers, including reaching and occasional bending, kneeling, or crouching.
