Location: Auburn, WA 

Pay Rate: $22.37/hour

Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity with a growing team? We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to support the production and assembly of commercial doors in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

Depending on your assigned department, duties may include:

• Operating small and large production machinery used in door manufacturing
• Working on assembly lines to build and assemble commercial doors
• Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
• Machining doors for hardware installation and customization
• Preparing, moving, and handling materials throughout the facility
• Staging, packaging, and preparing finished products for shipment
• Performing general warehouse and production support duties as needed
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial woodworking, including doors, millwork, cabinetry, or related products
• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
• Knowledge of building materials and construction products
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Experience using hand-held measuring tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a physically active environment
