Production Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an integral part of the production process, supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Fontana, CA

Pay Range: $19.50

Shift: 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM 

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with operational standards and supervisor instructions.
• Handle materials by loading and unloading raw goods and finished products as needed.
• Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
• Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate machinery and handle materials in a safe manner.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Willingness to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
