Our client is seeking a Production Associate to join their team in Fort Payne, AL. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing operations team, supporting daily production by completing equipment installations and ramp-ups, maintaining machine control systems, and troubleshooting issues that impact output. If you enjoy hands-on technical work, accurate production reporting, and solving problems to keep operations moving, this role is a strong fit.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Fort Payne, AL

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour

Shift: MOnday - Thursday 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

What's the Job?

  • Complete manufacturing equipment related installations and ramp-ups to support production readiness.
  • Gather, record, and analyze production information to support daily operations and continuous improvement.
  • Perform repair and retest for product and/or manufacturing facilities to maintain quality and uptime.
  • Oversee the use of machine control systems and ensure they are used correctly in manufacturing equipment.
  • Resolve manufacturing-related problems affecting daily operations; may develop and verify machine control system documentation to support manufacturing requirements.

What's Needed?

  • 2 year vocational training plus up to 1 year experience in specialized processes, techniques, and systems used in a production environment.
  • Basic knowledge of principles, procedures, work routines, and skills in the related field, gained through structured and focused vocational training.
  • Ability to operate specialized machines and tools effectively, including setting parameters for production programs when applicable.
  • Comfort working with automated line processing and controlling, or operating with a broader range of production machines in production lines.
  • Ability to follow standardized work routines and use available guidelines, procedures, and work-specific instructions.
