Production Associate

Our client, an industrial manufacturing environment, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of Plant Support, helping keep daily operations moving smoothly. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable with hands-on, physical work in a fast-paced setting.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Greenville, WI

Pay Range: $20.00

Shift: Days (05:00am-3:00pm) Monday-Thursday 

What's the Job?

• Provide plant support including dumping caps, sweeping, and other assigned support tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe, efficient production.
• Follow site procedures and safety expectations while working on the plant floor.
• Support day-to-day operations as directed by supervisors during the temporary assignment.
• Demonstrate reliability by showing up on time and completing assigned work consistently.

What's Needed?

• Dependability and the ability to reliably report for scheduled shifts.
• Comfort working in a production/plant environment with physical, hands-on tasks.
• Willingness to work first shift 5am–3pm Monday–Thursday, with occasional overtime on Fridays.
• Ability to follow instructions and follow safety procedures.
• Readiness for a temporary assignment of approximately 1 month.
