We’re Hiring Production Generalists | Multiple Shifts Available
Available Shifts & Pay
- 1st Shift: Tuesday through Saturday | 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM | $16.00/hr
- 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday | 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM | $16.80/hr
- 3rd Shift: Monday through Friday | 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM | $17.28/hr
- Paid Lunch: 30 Minute Paid Lunch
Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and detail oriented Production Generalists to join a fast paced production environment. In this role, you will be trained to operate printing, sorting, and mail processing equipment while ensuring accuracy, quality, and productivity standards are met.
Primary Responsibilities
- Operate printing equipment used to produce statements, insurance cards, loyalty cards, and other materials
- Set up and adjust production equipment to ensure accurate processing
- Perform quality inspections and verify production quantities
- Manually insert documents into envelopes and prepare mailings for shipment
- Operate presorting equipment and identify damaged mail for reprints
- Sort and stage completed mail for distribution
Requirements
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and navigation
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to stand for approximately 95% of the shift
- Ability to lift between 20 and 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a high volume production or manufacturing environment
- Understanding of production workflows and quality standards
