Production Helper - Light - PSAE FUNNEL

Our client, Manufacturing and Warehouse Operations is seeking a Production Helper 2nd shift to join their team. As a Flexiable Production Helper,  you will be part of the Production team supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions consistently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Helper

Location: Exeter

Pay Range: $18.50

Shift: Open

What's the Job?

• Sort, inspect, and check products to ensure they meet quality expectations
• Assemble smaller products using light, task-appropriate hand tools
• Support manufacturing or warehouse workflow by keeping work areas organized and productive
• Follow standard work instructions and safety procedures during each step of production
• Handle light lifting 35+ lbs. as required by the role
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED 
• Requires 7 year background check and drug screen 

What's Needed?

• Comfort working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Ability to lift occasionally up to 25 lbs. and perform light, repetitive tasks
• Willingness to use hand tools safely and accurately
• Strong attention to detail for sorting, inspection, and checking
• Reliability and readiness to follow instructions and meet production expectations
