Production Helper

Our client, a manufacturing environment, is seeking a Production Helper to join their team. As a Production Helper, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day operations that keep materials moving, equipment running safely, and product quality on track. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety mindset, a willingness to follow operational instructions, and the drive to stay consistent in a fast-paced setting.

Location: Fontana, CA

Pay Range: $19.5

Shift: Second

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment and/or perform physical loading and unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner according to Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.
• Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or material handling equipment as assigned.
• Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including wearing required PPE, ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting safe work habits.
• Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products as needed.
• Perform visual inspection of product to help ensure quality, and support housekeeping and general maintenance within the work area.

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow safety policies, procedures, and supervisor directions consistently.
• Comfort working around production equipment and performing assigned physical tasks such as loading and unloading.
• Attention to detail for visual product inspection and quality checks.
• Commitment to housekeeping and keeping the work area organized and safe.
• Reliability in completing assigned operations and adhering to site rules and procedures.
