Production Operator

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a US-La Grange-Operator I to join their team. As a US-La Grange-Operator I, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: US-La Grange-Operator I

Location: La Grange, NC

Pay Range:

Shift: 3rd Shift (Sunday - Thursday, 11:00pm - 7:30am)

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate machines to produce quality parts based on specifications
• Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, and sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances
• Start, observe, and troubleshoot machine operations, making adjustments as needed
• Complete changeovers and material feedthrough
• Perform heavy lifting of up to 35 lbs and conduct first piece inspections and machine guarding checks

What's Needed?

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with gauges and calipers for inspection purposes
