Production Operator

Our client is seeking a Production Operator to join their team in Knoxville, TN. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to safety, the ability to learn multiple production tasks, and the drive to meet quality and delivery goals.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Knoxville, TN

Pay Range: $18-$20, DOE

Shift: **Multiple Available**
Monday-Thursday, 5:30AM-4PM
Friday - Sunday, 5:30AM-6PM - work 36 hours get paid for 40!

What's the Job?

• Work as a Saw Operator, Painter, Assembler, or Packer—performing at least two production roles consistently
• Support production operations to meet quality standards and delivery goals
• Maintain safety standards and follow established production workflows
• Use clear communication and teamwork to keep work moving smoothly across the production floor
• Stay focused on repeatable, detail-oriented work in a manufacturing environment

What's Needed?

• High school diploma/GED or 1+ year of related experience
• Additional experience in at least two areas of production preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
