Production Worker

Our client, a leader in textile restoration, packaging and garment cleaning, is seeking a dedicated team member to join their team.  You will be an essential part of the manufacturing and processing department supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate 

Location: Endicott NY

Pay Range: $17 - $19

Shift: 6am-2:30pm or 8am-4:30pm, no weekends

What's the Job?

• Operate textile and garment processing machinery efficiently and safely
• Assist in the restoration, packaging, and cleaning of garments
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
• Ability to work in a warmer environment 
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
