Schedule:

1st Shift

• $17.50/hr
• 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Monday – Thursday
• 10-hour shifts

2nd Shift

• $19.29/hr
• 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
• Monday – Thursday
• 10-hour shifts

Overtime

• 5–7 days per week
• 10–12-hour shifts per day
• Overtime is currently voluntary but may become mandatory based on production needs

What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble engine and equipment components following detailed work instructions
• Install gaskets, seals, bearings, hoses, and other parts
• Inspect components and finished products for quality
• Identify and report defects or concerns
• Follow established manufacturing and safety procedures
• Support production of equipment and components used in industries around the world
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout a 10-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
