Production Worker

Our client, in Menomonie, WI, is seeking a Production Workers to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently or with a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Menomonie, WI

Pay Rate: $18.75

Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

What's the Job?

• Operate equipment such as Hot Melt, Heat Welders, Arm & Post Stitchers, Pallet Jacks, and Stretch Wrappers
• Follow all manufacturing instructions closely to ensure quality and safety
• Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area
• Assist in physical inventory during month-end, year-end, and audits
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals

What's Needed?

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Perform repetitive tasks with strong grasping, bending, lifting, and reaching skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, independent, and team-oriented work ethic
