Production Worker

Our client, manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Methuen, MA

Pay Range: $17 to $30 based on experience and job title 

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 3:30pm

What's the Job?

Masking, CNC Set Up Milling MAchinist , Manufacturing QC Inspector

• Mask metal parts to prepare for finishing by applying powder coat masking materials
• Remove masking from coated parts ensuring quality standards are met
• Perform repetitive masking operations with accuracy and consistency
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all tasks

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years experience masking for wet paint or powder coating
• Print reading experience and exposure preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive operations with precision
• Excellent attendance record
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 3:30pm
