Production Worker

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing company, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting various logistical tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will ensure success within the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Bernville, PA

Pay Range: 16.25-$17.00

Shift: First Shift, Second Shift, and Weekend Shift

What's the Job?

• Perform a variety of warehouse tasks including picking, packing, and shipping
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts for loading and unloading
• Replenish stock and assist with inventory cycle counts
• Maintain general facility cleanliness and safety standards
• Support team members in daily warehouse operations

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
• Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is a plus but not required

¿Qué se necesita?

• Diploma de secundaria o GED requerido

• Experiencia previa en almacenamiento o logística es una ventaja, pero no un requisito
