Production Worker

Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the Production team supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and a steady, hands-on work ethic that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Worcester, MA

Pay Range: $20 to $22 per hour upon exp and shift 

Shift: 1st shift 05:00am-1:30pm 
2nd shift 1:30pm-10:00pm
3rd shift 9:30pm-06:00am

What's the Job?

• Apply a variety of methods, procedures, and techniques to mold products using hydraulic, robotic, and/or manual presses or molding equipment.
• Compact mix to shape product accurately and consistently according to production requirements.
• Form or mold basic shapes as part of the production workflow.
• Support smooth, efficient production by following established processes and maintaining attention to detail.
• Work as part of the production team to keep output on track during scheduled shifts.

What's Needed?

• Willingness to learn and follow production procedures, including safe operation practices around molding equipment.
• Comfort working in a hands-on manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Ability to understand and apply instructions to form or mold basic shapes.
• Strong attention to detail to help ensure products are shaped correctly.
• Reliability and readiness to work .
