Reprocessing Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Repro Operator 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Repro Operator 2nd Shift, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong safety awareness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Repro Operator 2nd Shift

Location: Louisville, KY

Pay Range: $22

Shift: 3PM-11PM

What's the Job?

• Operate repro equipment safely to produce quality products by adjusting gauges controlling extruder speed, temperatures, pressures, and winder speeds.
• Ensure production orders are completed on schedule to meet customer needs and production goals.
• Perform product labeling and record production data accurately.
• Conduct quality inspections, testing, and maintain proper documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas following 6S standards and perform routine preventative maintenance.

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand, walk, and bend frequently throughout the shift.
• Capability to push, pull, and lift weights over 30 lbs.
• Good eye/hand coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in hot environments, with temperatures reaching up to 110°F.
