What's the Job?

Assist with safe, orderly operations of robo taxi services at the assigned location, ensuring vehicles are ready for use.
Provide friendly, professional guidance to riders and help direct them to the correct pickup or drop-off area.
Monitor the environment for safety and report any issues, hazards, or irregular activity according to site procedures.
Follow established check-in and documentation processes to support compliance and accurate operational records.
Coordinate with supervisors and support teams to resolve rider concerns and maintain smooth service flow.

What's Needed?

High School/GED education or equivalent experience.
Ability to follow safety procedures and site rules consistently while working in a public-facing environment.
Willingness to complete required background and verification steps, including criminal checks and education/employment verification.
Ability to pass required screening, including an OFAC-related check and a urine drug test (8-panel, no THC).
Ability to complete required records checks, including county and national sex offender database searches, and a driver record check (MVR) when applicable.
