Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Technician to join their team. As a Technician, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Metal Finishing Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technician

Location: Lincoln, NH

Pay Range: $23+

Shift: 6 am - 6 pm (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned equipment used in metal finishing processes according to prescribed procedures
• Load and unload parts, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols
• Maintain cleanliness of tanks and work areas to ensure quality standards
• Monitor solution temperatures and record production data accurately
• Inspect processed parts for quality and troubleshoot simple to moderate issues as needed

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience in manufacturing or related field
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memos, and safety guidelines
• Basic understanding of chemistry as it applies to metal finishing processes
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform manual tasks regularly
• Willingness to wear safety shoes and long sleeves for protection
