Test Pad General Laborer

Our client is seeking a Test Pad General Laborer to join their team. As a Test Pad General Laborer, you will be part of the test pad department supporting the production and setup team. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, comfortable working in a shop environment, and ready to help with hands-on tasks that support testing setup.

Job Title: Test Pad General Laborer

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Pay Range: $24/HRS

Shift: M-F 6am-3:30pm; Saturday required (4-6 hours)

What's the Job?

• Assist with general labor tasks in the test pad department, supporting setup for testing activities
• Use mechanical skills to help with wrenching and hands-on tooling work
• Support mechanical work such as removing piping and connecting cables
• Help with plumbing-related tasks and other shop-based mechanical support as needed
• Follow direction from the manager to keep the department running smoothly and prepared for testing

What's Needed?

• General labor experience with a strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, assembly, or a similar production/shop environment
• Comfort using hand tools and mechanical equipment, including torque wrenches
• Ability to work in a hands-on industrial setting and assist with setup tasks
• Willingness to support the department schedule, including Saturday hours
