US-La Grange-Operator I

Our client, a manufacturing organization dedicated to producing high-quality components, is seeking a US-La Grange-Operator I to join their team. As a US-La Grange-Operator I, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and operation of machinery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: US-La Grange-Operator I

Location: La Grange, NC

Pay Range:

Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm). Some weekend overtime may be required.

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate machines to produce quality parts based on specifications
• Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances
• Perform machine start-up, observation, troubleshooting, and adjustments as needed
• Complete changeovers and material feedthroughs efficiently
• Conduct first piece inspections and use gauges and calipers to verify conformance

What's Needed?

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting of up to 35 lbs
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety protocols
