Weekend Production Supervisor – Build, Lead & Inspire a High-Performing Production Team

Pay Rate: $33.33 per hour
Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 5:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire

We're hiring a Weekend Production Supervisor for our client in Gray, Maine. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing leader to step into a key leadership role with a growing and respected organization. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who excels at developing teams, driving performance, and creating a positive production culture. You'll play a critical role in motivating employees, solving challenges on the production floor, and ensuring production goals are achieved safely and efficiently.

Typical daily duties:

• Lead, coach, and develop production team members to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals
• Assign work, monitor production progress, and adjust staffing and resources as needed to meet operational targets
• Foster a strong team environment through mentoring, communication, accountability, and employee engagement
• Support production activities and assist with technical or operational challenges on the manufacturing floor
• Ensure compliance with all safety, ESD, security, quality, and ergonomic standards
• Communicate production updates, performance metrics, and operational concerns to leadership

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated leadership, team-building, coaching, and employee development skills
• Mechanical and/or electrical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and support production operations
• Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to lead by example and build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
