Welders

Our client, in the Automotive Industry is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department. In this role, you will safely assemble and weld automotive components while maintaining high standards for quality, productivity, and safety.

Job Title: Welder - Automotive 

Location: Auburn Hills 

Pay Range: $21.00 to $23.00/Hr

What’s the Job?

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick and/or ARC welding operations.
• Set up and adjust welding equipment.
• Read blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions.
• Inspect welds and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate hand and power tools, grinders, and fabrication equipment.
• Identify and report quality, material, or equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

What’s Needed?

• 1–3 years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Automotive manufacturing experience is an asset.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Welding certification or technical training preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50LBs
