Manufacturing & Welding Opportunities | Pay up to $23/Hour

Are you looking for a rewarding manufacturing career with competitive pay and opportunities to grow? We are currently hiring for skilled Welders and a Quality Technician for our 2nd and 3rd shift teams.

Training

All positions will complete training on 1st Shift before transitioning to their assigned shift.

Open Positions

Welder (MIG / TIG)

Available Shifts:

  • 2nd Shift
  • 3rd Shift

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on metal components and assemblies
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions
  • Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with standards
  • Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform leak testing and quality checks where required
  • Maintain production goals while following all safety procedures
  • Keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications:

  • Previous MIG and/or TIG welding experience preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Quality Technician

Available Shift:

  • 2nd Shift

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inspect products and materials to ensure quality standards are met
  • Conduct measurements and quality testing using precision instruments
  • Document inspection results and maintain quality records
  • Identify and report non-conforming products or materials
  • Work with production teams to resolve quality concerns

Qualifications:

  • Previous quality inspection experience preferred
  • Familiarity with calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
