Our client is actively hiring an Inside Sales & Customer Service Admin to support their growing sales and operations team in Saco. This opportunity offers $20 per hour and is a temp-to-hire position, providing long-term career potential for the right candidate.

Typical Daily Duties:

• Enter customer purchase orders and verify order accuracy, pricing, and shipping instructions
• Process and monitor purchase orders, inventory entry, and inventory levels
• Handle billing, accounts receivable support, and customer billing reminders
• Print picking tickets and verify shipping and special handling requirements
• Schedule and release blanket orders and back orders
• Respond to customer inquiries, literature/sample requests, and order discrepancies
• Answer phones, direct calls, and assist with product and application inquiries
• Sort and distribute mail and perform general administrative duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Responsible and professional attitude with a strong work ethic
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with billing, accounts receivable, inventory tracking, or order processing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and take on additional responsibilities as needed
