Formulation Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Formulation Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to the development and manufacturing of vital medical products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Formulation Technician

Location: Hayward, CA

Pay Range: $24hr

Shift: 530 AM to 4PM 

What's the Job?

• Perform formulation and manufacturing activities according to approved batch records, SOPs, and cGMP requirements.
• Weigh, measure, and verify raw materials used in product formulations.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and clean formulation and production equipment.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize production downtime.
• Complete manufacturing documentation accurately and in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

• No minimum experience required; training provided.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to adhere to safety and compliance standards.
