Event Staff

Our client, a dynamic community organization, is seeking a dedicated temporary Event Staff to join their team. As an Event Staff, you will be part of the Operations support team, contributing to the success of various on-site events. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, reliability, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Event Staff

Location: Morgantown, WV

Pay Range: $14

Shift: varies based on event

What's the Job?

• Set up event area, including tables, chairs, and informational displays
• Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Distribute informational materials, brochures, and flyers to attendees
• Answer basic questions and direct guests as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized presentation area throughout the event
• Assist with tearing down equipment and packing up tables, chairs, and materials after the event

What's Needed?

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light equipment
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• No prior experience required
