Now Hiring: Assembly Team Lead

💲 $21.50/Hour | 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:45 AM + OVERTIME

What You'll Do

✅ Lead daily assembly operations to ensure production goals, quality standards, and customer requirements are met

✅ Assign team members and coordinate workflow based on production needs

✅ Monitor line performance, equipment operation, and productivity metrics

✅ Train, coach, and support employees on safety procedures, quality expectations, and work instructions

✅ Perform quality inspections, process audits, and equipment checks

✅ Complete production reports, training records, and operational documentation accurately

✅ Communicate production updates, priorities, and shift handoff information

✅ Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment through 6S and safety initiatives

✅ Assist with troubleshooting production, quality, and equipment-related issues

✅ Support continuous improvement efforts and other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

✔ High School Diploma or GED

✔ Previous leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience in manufacturing

✔ Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

✔ Experience training and coaching employees

✔ Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment

✔ Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 35 lbs.

✔ Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

⏰ Mandatory overtime is required based on production needs and business demands. Candidates must be willing to work extended hours and additional days as scheduled.
