Cherry Picker Driver

Our client, logistics and warehousing operations is seeking a Cherry Picker Driver to join their team. As a Cherry Picker Driver, you will be part of the Logistics team supporting day-to-day warehouse flow and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to solve problems quickly, and a detail-oriented, team-first mindset that aligns successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cherry Picker Driver

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Pay Range: $22.80 

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Sun-Thu, Off Fri-Sat)

What's the Job?

• Perform shipping tasks including box making, shipper void fill, packing, and LTL sorting
• Support order fulfillment through picking, order induction, and replenishment activities
• Handle receiving duties including manual unloading and related warehouse processing
• Complete value-added services such as kitting, labeling, postponement, and production assembly
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by performing housekeeping tasks such as detrashing pallets and emptying bin trash & bailer

What's Needed?

• Verbal and written communication skills, along with analytical and problem-solving ability
• Team player attitude with strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform physically intensive labor, including reaching, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds as needed, walking, and standing for periods of time
• Comfort working in a busy warehousing environment that may be noisy at times
• Ability to take direction and work in accordance with set performance and safety standards
