Contingent Material Handler

Our client, a leading agricultural products manufacturer, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the Production Department supporting Manufacturing and Packaging Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a safety-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Tempe, AZ
Pay Range: $17.43
Schedule: June through November: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
December through May: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 3:30 PM (9–10 hour shifts)

What’s the Job?

• Fill bags with soil and other materials according to production specifications.
• Seal, label, and package finished product bags for distribution.
• Place finished bags into boxes and prepare shipments for storage or transport.
• Safely move, store, and handle raw materials, finished goods, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean work area while following all safety and quality standards.

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for the entire shift.
• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work early morning shifts starting at 5:00 AM.
• Commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
