Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Conversion Lead to join their team. As a Conversion Lead, you will be part of the Conversion Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Conversion Lead
Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Pay Range: $21.5
Shift:Sunday through Thursday (FRI/SAT OFF): 3:00pm to 11:30pm
What's the Job?
- Lead all manufacturing personnel and machine operations during the shift
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment
- Report on process and equipment issues, calling for assistance when needed
- Review training progress reports and organize work for smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with policies, rules, and safety regulations while meeting production standards
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Airtech Manufacturing
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Trainer or Expeditor at Airtech
- Pass yearly forklift certification testing
- Ability to identify safety hazards and communicate effectively with team members
