Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Electro Mechanical Assembler 1st Shift to join their team. As an Electro Mechanical Assembler, you will be part of the assembly department supporting various product teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Electro-mechanical Assembler 1st Shift
Location: Boonton, NJ
Pay Range: $22.00 per hour
What's the Job?

• Assemble and wire complex equipment following blueprints and models.
• Set up, operate, and maintain basic production machines.
• Perform intricate fitting, adjusting, and aligning of parts.
• Utilize hand and power tools as required for assembly tasks.
• Monitor and report job status using basic computer skills.

• Minimum of 1-3 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
• Excellent workmanship standards and attention to detail.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to perform various operations within the department.
