Equipment Associate

Our client, a leading provider in the industry, is seeking an Equipment Associate to join their team. As an Equipment Associate, you will be an integral part of the operations team supporting the maintenance and management of paint and pressure wash equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Equipment Associate

Location: Kansas City, MO

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 1st shift 

What's the Job?

• Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of rental equipment using paint and pressure wash equipment
• Ensure proper storage and inventory management of equipment and supplies
• Support team members in preparing equipment for daily operations
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and report equipment issues
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn and grow
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow safety protocols and instructions
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Basic physical ability to handle equipment and perform manual tasks
• Ability to work OUTSIDE all day
