Floating Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leader in marine parts manufacturing and finishing, is seeking a Floating Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Floating Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Floating Warehouse Associate

Location: Commerce, MI

Pay Range: $18-$20/hr. 

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Review blueprints and part specifications on a computer
• Remove parts (up to 15 lbs) from a manual hanging line
• Dip parts into a liquid solution and load into a power wash machine
• Use a wire wheel to remove rough edges and prepare parts for finishing
• Assist in powder coating, packaging, and shipping processes

What's Needed?

• Willingness to learn and rotate through different tasks and departments
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and lift parts up to 15 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Flexibility and openness to acquiring new skills
• Must wear provided PPE: gloves, face shields, ear protection, and safety glasses
