Forklift/ Material Handler for Holton

Our client, Material Handling & Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting day-to-day material movement, loading/unloading, and accurate inventory tracking. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and the drive to keep productivity moving in a fast-paced environment—while staying focused on safety and accuracy.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range: $25.00 / hour

Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm (Mon–Fri)

What's the Job?

• Load and unload freight efficiently across multiple zones and docks within the main Holton Street facility.
• When tasks are completed at the primary site, transition to support the Richards Street facility to keep operations running.
• Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track, log, and manage inventory accurately.
• Coordinate with team members and logistics partners by phone and email to keep material flow on schedule.
• Maintain consistent performance in a fully secure facility with 24/7 camera monitoring.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience operating large sit-down forklifts.
• Strong stand-up forklift proficiency (essential for supporting the Richards facility).
• Hands-on experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills (email and phone).
• Demonstrated reliability with a solid employment history showing longevity and commitment.
