Forklift Operator

Our client, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the industrial department supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: COLUMBUS, IN

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 2nd shift OR 3rd shift

What's the Job?

• Load and unload materials from trucks, racks, and production areas
• Transport raw materials, finished goods, and components throughout the facility
• Stage and organize materials to support production and shipping activities
• Perform daily equipment inspections (pre-shift checks) and report maintenance issues
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and document material movements using RF scanners or paperwork

What's Needed?

• Experience in Forklift Operation
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to perform physical tasks and operate forklifts safely
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures
• Willingness to work extended hours and overtime as needed
