Forklift Operator

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Groveport, OH

Pay Range: $21 - $22 Based on AM/PM Shift

Shift: Days (07:00am-3:30pm) - 1st Shift
          Evenings (3:30p - 12a) 2nd Shift

What's the Job?

• Picking and packing parts to ensure accuracy and prevent damage
• Physically and systematically placing inbound freight
• Reporting product discrepancies, variances, and damages
• Operating equipment such as reach trucks, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and stock chasers
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment while staging and sorting products for loading

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in matching numbers and letters
• Ability to follow all safety requirements and procedures
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks including stacking and moving materials
• Willingness to complete additional duties as assigned by supervisors
