Forklift Operator

Our client is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the operations team supporting day-to-day warehouse and material handling needs. The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, dependable, and able to follow procedures consistently to keep work moving efficiently.

Location: Anderson, IN

Pay Range:$17.30

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift (open to both)

What's the Job?

• Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Stage products and materials accurately to support production and shipping needs.
• Perform basic equipment checks and report any issues to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe operations.

What's Needed?

• 3 years of forklift experience.
• Must be open to working 1st and 2nd shift.
• Ability to work safely and follow established procedures every shift.
• Comfort working in a warehouse environment with physical demands.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure correct handling and staging of materials.
