Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking dedicated Foundry General Operators to join their team. As a Foundry General Operator, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the manufacturing team in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will enable you to succeed and grow within the organization.

Location: Anderson, IN

Pay Range:$14.70

Shift: 1st and 2nd shifts available

What's the Job?

• Perform heavy lifting and manual tasks in a foundry environment
• Operate foundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Assist with material handling and production processes
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in dusty and dirty conditions
• Willingness to work in a hot environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Background and drug screening required
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
