Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a General Labor Associate to join their team. As a General Labor Associate, you will be part of the Production Department supporting machine crews and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.
 

Job Title: General Labor

Location: Lexington, KY

Pay Range: $20/hr 

What’s the Job?

• Follow all safety rules, procedures, and workplace practices.
• Read work orders and production documents to understand customer requirements.
• Inspect, count, stack, and package products according to specifications.
• Use tape measures and basic measuring equipment to verify product accuracy.
• Maintain a clean work area and assist team members to meet production goals.

What’s Needed?

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to accurately read a measuring tape and ruler.
• Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and perform assigned duties as needed.
