General Production Associate Second Shift

Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Production Team(s). The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a willingness to learn quickly, and a focus on quality which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level Second shift

Location: Baytown, TX

Pay Range: $16

Shift: Second

What's the Job?

Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment and/or perform physical loading/unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner according to Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.
Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or material handling equipment as assigned.
Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting safe work habits.
Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products as needed.
Perform visual inspection of product to support quality standards, and complete housekeeping and general maintenance tasks within the work area.

What's Needed?

Ability to follow Operational Standard Work, supervisor directions, and site rules and procedures.
Comfort working in a production environment and performing hands-on tasks such as loading/unloading.
Strong attention to safety, including consistent PPE use and awareness of machine guards and safety features.
Willingness to learn equipment operation and quality inspection expectations.
Reliability and readiness to complete assigned operations during the shift.
