Our client, a leading organization in the printing and publishing industry, is seeking a dedicated Inserter Operator to join their team on 2 shift. As an Inserter Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the printing and distribution process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Inserter Operator
Location: Lynchburg, VA
Pay Range: $12.77
Shift: 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. Tuesday through Saturday
What's the Job?
- Operate newspaper inserter machinery efficiently and accurately
- Ensure proper loading and feeding of materials into the machine
- Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot minor issues
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure output meets standards
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 1 year experience in machine operation
- Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
