Our client, a medical manufacturing environment, is seeking a Inspector Packer rotating night shift to join their team. As a Inspector Packer rotating night shift, you will be part of the production team supporting quality-focused operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliable documentation habits, and the dexterity to assemble and inspect small components—skills that will help you contribute to consistent, defect-free output.

Job Title: Inspector Packer rotating night shift

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Range: $19.26

Shift: Salt Lake City, UT|A2 (12 hr) rotating shift|6:30PM-6:30AM

What's the Job?

  • Keep the work area clean and follow required procedures to support a safe, controlled production environment.
  • Inspect, weigh, package, and sort defective medical molded plastic components as required.
  • Use visual inspection and various types of magnification to verify product quality.
  • Complete production records and work order documentation accurately and on time.
  • Weigh, count, package, and label finished product to ensure correct processing and traceability.

What's Needed?

  • Able to read and understand procedures and follow work instructions consistently.
  • Good hand/eye coordination and excellent dexterity to manually assemble small parts using hand tools, fixtures, and/or equipment.
  • Ability to access a computer and perform basic functions in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with inventory management systems (preferred).
  • Strong focus on quality and the ability to sort product for defects accurately.
