Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Job Information Associate III, Logistics to join their team. As a Job Information Associate III, Logistics, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting warehouse operations and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Job Information Associate III, Logistics

Location: Bridgeport, NJ

Pay: $17.00

Shift: First Shift 6am-2:30pm

What's the Job?

  • Perform a variety of warehouse tasks including receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
  • Assist with research, reconciliation, and cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate with team members to facilitate efficient cargo handling and outbound receiving.
  • Support quality assurance processes and exception billing to maintain high standards.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts as needed.

What's Needed?

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy, noisy warehouse environment.
  • High school diploma or GED required; prior experience in logistics or warehousing is a plus but not mandatory.
