Laborer

Our client is seeking a Laborer to join their team. As a Laborer, you will be part of the work crew supporting hands-on installation and site readiness. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to follow instructions, and the willingness to work outdoors and on your feet.

Job Title: Laborer

Location: Markleton, PA

Pay Range: $25.00/HOUR

Shift: 8am - 2 or 3 pm

What's the Job?

• Unloading pallets and moving product to the work area
• Assisting with installation tasks as directed by the crew
• Cleaning up the worksite and maintaining a safe, organized area
• Listening to and following instructions from the team
• Supporting team lifting efforts (lift 50-100 pounds with a team lift)

What's Needed?

• Ability to listen to and follow instructions
• Comfort working outdoors and in weather-appropriate conditions
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds with a team lift
• Awareness of the weight of pieces—if something is too heavy, ask for assistance instead of attempting to move it alone
• Closed-toe shoes and a professional, respectful work approach (no profanity)
