Machine Operator 1

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator 1 to join their team. As a Machine Operator 1, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator 1

Location: Londonderry, NH

Pay Range: $19.25/hour

Shift: 1st shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Monitor functions of manufacturing equipment and operate according to documented procedures
• Maintain operational logbooks and support troubleshooting efforts
• Assist with material handling and ensure proper segregation of materials and lot numbers
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Support quality assurance by inspecting raw and finished goods before, during, and after production

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience (mandatory)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic computer skills for training purposes
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
