Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in converting, rewinding, and coating processes, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the Converting, Rewinding, or Coating teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $20.00-$28.00
Shift: Am & Pm
What's the Job?
- Operate and oversee sheeters, rewinders, or coating presses to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
- Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and monitor operational parameters to meet quality and safety standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions for process enhancements.
- Supervise and coordinate with a crew of up to 4 employees, ensuring safe and effective operations at all times.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience in operating manufacturing machinery, particularly sheeters, rewinders, or coating presses.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving materials safely.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify product specifications using measuring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to safety protocols.
