Machine Operator

Our client, Printing & Finishing Operations is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Finishing Department supporting Finishing Equipment Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a focus on quality, and the drive to keep production moving—so you can help deliver consistent results every shift.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Hanover, NH

Pay Range: $22-$27

Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift, M-F, 7A – 3P and 3P – 11P

What's the Job?

• Confirm and monitor product quality throughout the job according to established procedures and maintain high-quality output.and production levels
• Complete applicable paperwork, maintain equipment, and perform repair/service as needed while following finishing department equipment procedures.

What's Needed?

• A minimum of a High School diploma or GED/HiSET required.
• Organizational, interpersonal, mechanical and leadership,skills
• The ability to learn the job and perform work productively and safely.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills to follow procedures and complete paperwork.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work mandatory overtime as needed; ability to work at a rapid pace.
